Heck, we are old. LOL Put us on the same range with the Bow Novice guys. Let us have fun. I just find it strange that there are SR classes in the open area for Super Sr., Sr Open, Sr. Pro, and Sr. Masters. Yet, not a one for the old guy shooting his hunting setup.

Well, the problem with moving them up to Pro Hunter or semi pro might be the increase in the entry fee. just saying. i'm no expert.

I think I would rather see a Pro Hunter or Semi Pro Hunter class develop. That would give the shooters in Hunter class a place to move to once they have won out and still want to shoot pins(hunting) style set ups.

you're probably right that there are a number of folks who would like to see a senior hunter class. the problem would be, where do you put them? i guess they could shoot on the same range and at the same time as the hunter class. you might get some flak from folks in the hunter class who wouldn't want to see the class diluted and payouts reduced.

i appreciate the fact that asa has set up open classes for more mature shooters and i wish you luck in your efforts to get a similar class for the hunter group.

ASA would create a Sr. Bowhunter class. Every year I think they will finally step up and do it. Just dreaming.
