Renovated hotel in Paris, Texas

The old Budget Inn was a dump and we could not promote it, but it was bought and restored! It is now the American Inn and Suites and it has 55 rooms. They showed us a double room today and it is very nice. Now.... It's not the Hilton by any means, but it has been completely gutted and new everything. The room rate is one bed $45, plus tax and two beds $55 plus tax. Very clean and we pray it stays that way!!

This guy told me he was charging everyone $60 for a double. Just made my resv and got charged $60/ night even though I told him ASA was supposed to get them for $55. However if the renovation is as good as the pics look on the website it should be worth the $60.
